Pi is widely used in mathematics, especially in geometry when calculating the circumference and area of circles. Because of this connection, the International Day of Mathematics is also closely related to the celebration of Pi Day.

Mathematics plays a crucial role in many areas of life. It helps us solve problems, make decisions, and understand patterns in the world around us. From simple daily activities such as managing money and measuring time to complex fields like engineering, medicine, economics, and technology, mathematics is everywhere.
