world Gratitude Day celebrates annually on
September 21 starting from year 1966. Sri Chinmoy, an Indian spiritual leader and meditation advocate proposed this
in 1965 with the goal of creating a day where people from all backgrounds express gratitude and appreciation.
Gratitude isn't just only a feeling but a magic with powerful benefits for your mental,physical and also social well-being.
If you feel stress or anxiety, make a habit of gratitude. And this habit will make you an optimistic person where you can free from negative thoughts like envy, jealousy etc. Then this will directly connect with your physical health where you can have a good sleep, relaxed features, glowing skin, etc. attract This happens because your inner feelings reflect your outer appearance.
Saying “Thank You” is apparent as a small
phrase, but the impact of this small phrase is not actually small until you see the reaction of people when you thank even for their small deed. Think of society where people grateful for each other, where everyone can see the
capabilities of others and willing to appreciate even a smaller good thing. The whole society will be a haven full of good and happy hearts.
Gratitude is a must to teach even small kids. Be grateful for what they have despite of warning what they don’t have comparing to others.
