International  Literacy Day which is commemorated on the 8th day of September each year, is a day that is set aside for conscious awareness of the significance of literacy being a right as well as a tool for progress. The International Relations volume makes the first confirmation of such and other documents echoed this. This is a day that the main goal is to explain to people why as well as how it is important to learn to read and write. In addition, it is a day to show solidarity with those who suffer unfair treatment because their education status. The ability to read and write in the current information-based society is not only an individual's privilege but also a ticket to social, economic, and cultural realms.
